Terms of service
These terms explain what VCCBuy provides, what you agree to when you use it, and how fees, refunds and account closures work. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
VCCBuy lets you hold a US dollar balance funded with cryptocurrency and use it to buy virtual Visa and Mastercard cards. Cards are issued by licensed partner issuers. VCCBuy is not a bank and your balance is not a bank deposit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You may not use the service where virtual cards or crypto-funded payments are prohibited.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. One person may not operate accounts on behalf of others without permission.
4. Deposits and balance
Deposits are credited after the transfer is confirmed and reviewed. Send only the asset and network shown for the deposit address. Funds sent on the wrong network or below the stated minimum may not be recoverable.
5. Cards
Each card has a one-time issue fee, a top-up fee and a monthly spending limit, shown before you buy. Card details are delivered to your dashboard after purchase. A card may be declined by a merchant or by the issuer, and acceptance at any particular merchant is not guaranteed.
6. Fees and refunds
Fees are listed in the pricing section. Issue fees are not refundable once card details have been delivered. If a card cannot be delivered, the issue fee is returned to your balance.
7. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of unused balance to your own wallet. The amount is held when you request it and returned to your balance if the request is rejected.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use VCCBuy for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, the purchase of illegal goods or services, or to break the rules of the card networks. See the AML policy.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we are required to restrict by law or by an issuer. You can stop using the service at any time and withdraw your remaining balance, subject to any checks we are required to make.
10. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, VCCBuy is not liable for indirect losses, for merchant declines, or for delays caused by blockchain networks or third parties.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Contact
