This policy explains what personal data VCCBuy collects, why, how long it is kept and the choices you have. We collect what is needed to run your account and nothing for advertising.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Sign-in data: a hashed password. We never store the password itself.
- Transaction records: deposits, card purchases, withdrawals and balance changes, including wallet addresses and transaction hashes you submit.
- Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help.
Why we use it
We use this data to create and secure your account, credit deposits, deliver cards, process withdrawals, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and saved files
We set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. If you accept the cookie notice, we also save site files on your device so pages open faster on your next visit. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the partners needed to provide the service, such as card issuers and hosting providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as financial record-keeping rules require.

You can update your name and phone number in account settings. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion where the law allows, through the contact page.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed cookies, and card details are shown only to the signed-in account that owns them.
